Inventory
Inventory allows you to manage the inventories and track the product service that you have. If you want to activate the inventory feature, please follow these steps:
Activate inventory feature:
- Click on
> Subscription > Add On. - Click the Add On button and select the Inventory features.
- Click Yes.
Add inventory:
- Click the General Info tab > Product & Services.
- Click the Add New Product & Service button. Note: If you want to track the inventory that has been created, you may click on the item name and tick the track inventory checkbox.
- Enter the product details and then tick the Track Inventory checkbox.
- Enter the necessary information.
- Click Save.
Dashboard
Dashboard displays a summary of your inventory performace such as product quantity level and total sales for product and service. You are able to track the usage of each product service and the quantity of your product service after every purchase and sale.
Location
Location shows the places that store for your inventories such as manufacturer and warehouse. You may manage the locations by adding, editing, downloading and deleting at this page.
Transfer
Transfer shows the inventory that transfer from the original location to another location. It records the date to transfer, product or quantity to transfer and location to transfer.
Stock Opening Balance
Stock Opening Balance shows the opening balance for every stock and allows you to manage the quantity and total cost of the products. You may update the opening balance by entering the quantity and total cost of the product.
If you want to add new stock opening, you can click the Add New Stock Opening button. Select the product and location, and then enter the opening quantity and total cost. After that, click Save.
Stock Adjustment
Stock Adjustment enables you to adjust the quantity of stock for some of the situations such as correction of the quantity after stock-takes, missing inventory and found out some existing stock.
